Experienced at managing groups, as well as working with individuals in a one-on-one setting, our staff will teach, motivate and inspire you to get (and stay) in shape.

The one thing few people know about me is: I'm an Adelaide boy but have lived in 4 states throughout Australia as well as 5 years in London and Edinburgh. Oh, and I've never caught a fish. (and not through a lack of trying).
My go to food: Mexican
Why I became a trainer: Having spent 14 years in the alcohol industry I wanted to make a move into a more educational role on how to enjoy a beverage while looking after your fitness. Introducing a bit of balance into people's lives.

The one thing few people know about me is: I have a phobia of birds.
My go to food: Almond or cashew butter - I have to hide it from myself or I end up eating straight from the jar with a spoon
Why I became a trainer: People working out together, striving to be their best, helping one another, being a team create a heap of endorphins and thats an awesome thing to be a part of. The fact that I get to create that for a job is pretty amazing!

Why I became a trainer: I like to make people feel good about themselves and I think fitness is a huge contributor to that! I should have done this a long time ago!

NOELLE CHAPMAN

The Health and fitness industry has been a passion of mine since I can remember. I have been involved in sports from a young age with swimming being at the fore front where I competed at states and during school I would play every sport they offered (even if it was to get out of class). With such an enriched background in sports, health and fitness i decided that this is the industry that I wanted a career in. I wanted a career that I loved and enjoyed and didn’t feel like going to work. I thrive at the opportunity to help others achieve there fitness goals and live a happier and healthier life.

Fav Exercise: Touch football or for all those in WA touch rugby.

The 1 thing few people know about me: firstly that I am from Queensland and secondly I ride horses.
My go to food: Banana protein smoothie
