BENEFITS


Sessions run Monday, Thursday, Friday at 6am fro 50 minutes and Saturday mornings at 8am. Our weekend sessions our focused on outdoor running. We encourage all levels of runner to come and take part in these sessions.

Distances can be anywhere from 6kms up to 19kms depending on the day.

    We have been blessed with great participants in our group classes. If you're looking to join a group for the first time, you could not be made feel any more welcome than at one of our classes.

    The packages for Outdoor Group Fitness allow you to train as often as you like with unlimited packages on offer.
